External Relations centralizes shared services

Mirroring the approach of other offices at the University of Pittsburgh, External Relations will be centralizing its business and finance, human resources and space planning functions, effective Monday, June 1, 2026.

This work will be led by Lila Rose, who has taken on expanded responsibilities as the newly named chief administrative strategist, and Leo Constantino, who joins External Relations from the Office of the Chancellor to serve as executive head of business and finance.

As part of this transition, Lyron Graves, Kate McGlynn and David Wehrle and their teams will report directly to Constantino within External Relations, allowing Carolyn Hoyt, vice chancellor for advancement operations and chief PAE strategy officer, to focus squarely on fundraising operations and advancement strategy as the University prepares for the launch of its comprehensive campaign.
