Kelly Gilliam

Kelly Gilliam serves as the Director of the Pitt United Way Campaign, which she has championed at the University since 2019. Since assuming leadership of the Pitt United Way Campaign, six campaigns across all five of Pitt's campuses have raised nearly $4.3 Million for United Way. She first joined the University of Pittsburgh in 2015 in the Office of Human Resources. 

Beyond Pitt, Kelly serves as Pastor of Shiloh Church alongside her husband and as Executive Director of Life Builders, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives, building families, and strengthening communities. An entrepreneur and two-time breast cancer survivor, she leads with passion, resilience, and vision.

Active in her community, Kelly serves on the board of South Park Youth Football and Cheer and previously coached football for four years. She is also a devoted wife, mother, and proud grandmother of three energetic grandsons.
