As executive head of business and finance for External Relations, Leo Constantino serves as the senior office’s expert for all budget/finance, human resources, and space planning functions. He leads an experienced team in aligning available resources with External Relations goals that elevate the University of Pittsburgh as a whole.
A trusted partner across the University community, Constantino has held roles at Pitt spanning the health sciences, various academic units, the Office of Human Resources, and the Office of the Chancellor — a long tenure defined by advancing the institution’s operational and financial goals. This wide-ranging experience has given him a global view of University operations, enabling him to provide expert guidance to the units that he supports as they navigate University procedures.
A proud Pitt alumnus, Constantino holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, he now lives in Westmoreland County with his wife and two children.
